ONGOING LEGAL AND REGULATORY GUIDANCE on the evolving NIL landscape, allowing the Collective to focus on maximizing opportunities for student-athletes to benefit from their name, image, and likeness.
GUIDANCE ON EMERGING LEGAL AND REGULATORY DEVELOPMENTS affecting NIL, collegiate athletics, student-athlete compensation, governance, and compliance, helping ensure that the Collective's policies, procedures, and operations remain aligned with applicable requirements.
ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING efficient processes and compliance frameworks that help oversee, facilitate, and safeguard bona fide commercial opportunities and the financial interests of student-athletes.
REPRESENT AND ADVOCATE FOR THE COLLECTIVE in connection with regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, investigations, disputes, and other legal matters, minimizing administrative burdens and allowing the Collective to remain focused on supporting student-athletes.
